Can I order an item in an alternative fabric and colour? Yes, I am always happy to accommodate custom colour/fabric orders. I take a small £10 fee for fabric research and if the price of the fabric is more expensive per meter than the original design you will be required to pay the difference.
Can designs be shortened or lengthened to fit? Yes, we can absolutely lengthen or shorten an item at no extra cost.
After receiving my order I would like to alter the fit or exchange it for another item, is this possible? Of course! We want to make sure that all of your Rosana Exposito garments fit like a dream so if you feel the fit could be adjusted to better meet your needs then please do get in touch. We offer free size & fit alterations as well as exchanges.
What is the turnaround time for my orders? Note: I currently have extra sewing help in the studio and can turn round orders is 10 days to allow people to recieve their items in time for Christmas. Each item is handmade in our Glasgow studio and so the turnaround time at other times of the year can be up to 4 weeks. Often orders can be fulfilled more quickly than this so please do get in touch if your order is time sensitive.
Can I collect my parcel from the studio? Yes! Local collection is very much welcomed. Our studio is in Glasgow City Centre. You can use the code STUDIOCOLLECTION at checkout to remove the automatic shipping fee.
Should I send my measurements after I order? Basic sizing information is available in the ‘sizing’ page of the website. It is always handy to have your full measurements when we are making your clothes so please don’t hesitate to get in touch via email (exposito.rosana@gmail.com) to discuss specific needs. We are a size inclusive brand and therefore offer custom sizing. If you don’t see your size listed on an item or you are simply unsure of which size to choose then feel free to email with your measurements and we can begin the process of placing an order that way instead.
If I am not happy with my order, am I entitled to a refund? Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your item. Please see full returns policy below for more information.
Shipping
All orders are shipped 1st class and signed for via Royal mail. You will receive a email with your tracking number when your parcel has been shipped.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase we offer refunds on all items within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please email exposito.rosana@gmail.com to request a return. You must send your item back within the 7 day window unwashed and unworn to be entitled to a full refund. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the item you are returning is faulty. All refunds and returns will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item.
Terms and Conditions
All orders placed will be dispatched within 4 weeks unless stated otherwise. Often orders are dispatched quicker but please allow this 4 week period as everything is handmade to order in house.
